I ordered from blume.com the whole delivery process was easy.

I don’t usually pay attention to every little shipping update, but I did notice the tracking email came through quickly, and the package actually arrived on the day they said it would. No delays, no back-and-forth, no wondering where it was.
The items were packed well too, which was nice. I’d order again mainly because it was simple, on time, and didn’t give me anything to worry about.

I’ve ordered from Blume a few times now, it’s been consistent. I was kind of expecting at least one order to feel a little different, but the texture and smell have been the same each time, and I haven’t noticed any weird batch issues. Shipping wasn’t exactly fast, but it got here in a reasonable amount of time. I’m taking one star off because one item showed up with a slightly messy cap, which was annoying, but the product itself was still fine. So yeah, not perfect, but I’d order again.

The taste is solid too. I did notice a trend across a few flavors where some lean a little too sweet for me, so I’m taking off one star, but overall I’m happy with it.

Support got back to me fast, fast enough that I didn’t have to sit around wondering what was going on. They were helpful too, which made the whole thing easy.

The only reason I’d probably give it 4 stars is the shipping. It took a bit longer than I expected, and the tracking updates were kind of unclear. Still, I’m happy with it overall and would probably order again.

I was so tired of dealing with those random red bumps all over my face. Like, why is my skin always mad at me? But after about 3 weeks, it looks way clearer and a lot less irritated. I’m actually really happy with the difference, not gonna lie.

I’m giving this 5 stars because my order came exactly how it was supposed to. All the items and scents I picked were there, nothing was missing, and nothing weird got swapped out. Even the little extras were the right ones, which just made me feel really good about the whole thing. It seems like a simple thing, but I’ve had other places mess this up before, so opening the box and not having to deal with support was such a relief.

I pretty much assumed this might feel sticky, but nope, I was wrong. The texture is really smooth and lightweight, and it feels so nice on my skin. It also absorbs quickly, which I always take as a good sign
